It’s almost a wrap on 2023 and it has been an exciting year for Xenoss. Looking back, we are proud of our long-lasting relationships with our partners and looking forward to the new projects our engineering teams take on.
For the entire industry, 2023 has been a wild ride: It started on a wave of pessimism and recession fears but ended positively, thanks to AI driving revenue and innovation.
As a result, we had much to discuss and process, leading to a year full of events, in-depth articles, and meaningful relationships.

Industry leaders recognized our commitment to innovation and progress. This year, Xenoss was selected for Inc. 5000 – the ranking of five thousand fastest-growing companies in the US. The company ranked among the top 100 (#92) software development companies.
In 2023, Xenoss continued its course on helping AdTech vendors deliver innovative and cost-efficient solutions for advertisers and publishers.
One of our clients partnered with Xenoss developers to build a custom DOOH solution. In a different project, we are leveraging predictive algorithms to help publishers increase the engagement of their readership with on-page ads. We are excited to watch these and other solutions Xenoss developers are part of grow and bring value to the AdTech industry.
In 2023, as the world was going through a recession, Xenoss continued its steady growth and headcount expansion. Over the year, we hired many professionals: software developers, data scientists, product managers, and marketing experts.
We are grateful to the professionals who have joined the company and are excited to continue our journey as AdTech trailblazers, building a fulfilled and committed team.
In 2023, Xenoss doubled down on building industry connections and joining forces with inspiring technologists, insightful consultants, and opinion leaders to make tech knowledge and expertise more accessible.
By working side-by-side with Aerospike, we have again seen how inspiring and fruitful teamwork can be. We established multiple partnership agreements to continue leveraging the industry’s collective wisdom and look forward to exploring this track in 2024.
Furthermore, we are proud to announce that Xenoss has secured a first-level partnership with Amazon Web Services. This accomplishment establishes the company as a reliable liaison between AWS technology and AdTech projects that could benefit from these tools.
Furthermore, in 2023, Xenoss joined the Software Development Association in Poland, a robust community of engineers and product designers.
As part of this community, we will continue to share high-load system development know-how and stay ahead of the curve in IT trends by staying in touch with our colleagues across multiple industries.
Last year, we attended over 10 advertising, technology, and marketing events. We discussed what to expect from the year ahead in January on AdExchanger’s Industry Preview 2023, explored the new frontiers of retail technology on the Retail Technology Show, and connected with fellow innovators at DMEXCO.

Our team was proud to partner with Aerospike for a series of events on scaling AdTech platforms and addressing app modernization challenges. Finally, we were excited to attend the Cannes Festival and be part of the industry’s most meaningful event of the year.
We’ve had an extraordinarily busy event cycle at Xenoss. Through discussions with fellow innovators and thought leaders, we once again saw how focused collaborative effort can help drive progress in AdTech and solve the industry’s pressing challenges.
