AdWake required a complete advertising technology platform built from greenfield to capture value across both the supply and demand sides of the digital advertising ecosystem while managing complex real-money transactions internationally.
Potential threat: Without the platform, AdWake couldn’t operationalize its business model, missing the market opportunity while competitors consolidated market share in the rapidly growing rewards-based advertising segment.

The client provided competitor references as the initial product vision, with limited technical documentation or detailed requirements. Xenoss experts were tasked with translating this high-level concept into a comprehensive product vision and technical architecture.

Each offer provider and Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) used proprietary protocols and data formats with no industry standard like OpenRTB, creating high integration complexity across 5+ platforms.
Solution: Built a unified abstraction layer to normalize various protocols into a standard internal format. Created a modular client integration framework supporting both synchronous and microservice-based asynchronous client communication patterns.
Users from different countries required payouts through local banking systems with varying regulations and technical requirements.
Solution: Integrated with Tremendous cash-out platform providing global payment coverage, without individual country banking integrations, while staying compliant with industry regulations.
