We are excited to announce a new executive hire. Xenoss welcomes Igor Novytskiy as our new Engineering Manager.
Igor brings a wealth of industry knowledge, managerial expertise, and strategic thinking to Xenoss. Before joining the company, Igor was the Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems, one of the world’s largest custom software and consulting providers.
He led the development of the platform for people with disabilities, refined the EPAM delivery framework, and grew the team from 20 to 200 engineers on one of the projects.
Commenting on his recent appointment, Igor Novytskiy said:
