Xenoss is an innovative AI Lab dedicated to delivering advanced AI solutions and services to enterprise clients from the MarTech sector. What is the project

The product is a marketing automation tool that connects brands and retailers to run ads of various kinds — from print media to UGC campaigns on social platforms. It is being built by merging several SaaS platforms into one.

The product is primarily built with React and supports multi-user flows with up to six user roles. It includes modules such as chat, a visual banner editor, a timeline, an analytics dashboard, file storage, and a form builder.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from UX research to prototypes, mockups, and UI QA
• Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and the engineering team to gather requirements for new features and communicate design solutions
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure products are aligned with the company’s broader ecosystem
• Maintain and evolve the corporate design library in collaboration with other designers and engineers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products
• Excellent knowledge of UX patterns in SaaS products, including data tables, forms, filters, and search
• Strong knowledge of UX mapping techniques, such as user flows and customer journey maps (CJMs)
• Understanding of design system maintenance principles
• Proficiency with Figma
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools (Figma Make, Lovable, or similar)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good verbal and written English

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional Scrum team
• Experience in user research (interviews, focus groups, surveys)
• Knowledge of AI interface patterns
