Summary

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to drive profitable campaigns across paid acquisition channels in the iGaming space. This is a hands-on role implying end-to-end campaign management — creating, launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling traffic while meeting the performance goals.

You will operate at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution, directly impacting revenue and margin. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently find and scale winning combinations of creatives, audiences, funnels, optimization tactics, and offers.

We are a next-gen performance marketing agency operating the arbitrage model in the iGaming niche.

Our model combines deep media buying expertise with an advanced AI layer that automates and augments key parts of the acquisition workflow — including campaign planning, budget allocation, creative generation, audience targeting, and real-time optimization.

Instead of relying solely on manual media buying, we are building a highly automated UA engine where humans define strategy and edge, while AI executes, tests, and scales.

It allows us to maximize ROI, shorten feedback loops, and create a sustainable competitive edge in a fast-growing iGaming niche.

Core responsibilities

Strategic goals

  • Achieve and maintain positive unit economics: CPA, ROI, LTV alignment across campaigns
  • Identify and scale winning campaign setups: creatives, audiences, funnels, GEOs
  • Continuously search for new traffic opportunities and angles
  • Contribute to building a repeatable approach to testing and scaling campaigns

Execution

  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, networks, native, push, display, etc.
  • Execute full campaign lifecycle: setup > testing > optimization > scaling > refresh
  • Analyze performance data and make fast optimization decisions
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and funnels
  • Monitor campaign performance and quickly react to performance drops or scaling opportunities
  • Work with tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and performance visibility

Collaboration

  • Report to Head of Media Buying
  • Partner with the creative team to develop, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creative
  • Work with business development to evaluate and select offers
  • Collaborate with the AI / automation team by providing feedback on tools and workflows
  • Align with analytics and data teams to improve reporting and insights
  • Share learnings and winning strategies with the broader media buying team

Organization

  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign structures, tests, and results
  • Follow and contribute to internal playbooks and best practices
  • Support onboarding of junior media buyers when needed (knowledge sharing, not management)

Must-have

Hard skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with ANY of the paid acquisition channels: Meta, Google, DSPs, ad networks, TikTok, native, push, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, LTV, payback
  • Experience with tracking platforms e.g., Voluum, Binom, RedTrack and attribution setups
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance signals
  • Experience working with high-volume campaign testing and scaling

Experience

  • 3+ years in media buying / performance marketing, ideally in iGaming or adjacent verticals
  • Proven track record of managing profitable campaigns
  • Experience working in arbitrage, affiliate marketing, or performance-driven environments
  • Exposure to running campaigns across multiple GEOs and traffic sources

Soft skills

  • Strong ownership and accountability for campaign performance
  • Highly data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and bias toward action
  • Clear and structured communication

Nice-to-have

Hard skills

  • Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted media buying
  • Familiarity with programmatic / DSP platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel advanced analytics, or scripting
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and dynamic creative optimization
