Senior GenAI/Agentic Python Engineer for Internal Automation team

What is the project

Client: A leading global AdTech company operating an AI-powered advertising platform that connects major publishers, advertisers, agencies, data providers, and commerce media networks across CTV, mobile, and omnichannel environments.

Solution: The main tracks are two AI-powered workflow automation initiatives.

1. Creation of structured CRM call reports from customer meetings, including transcript processing, entity resolution, validation, and write-back.
2. Proactive publisher health monitoring through anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, account prioritization, and automated alerting.

Engagement model: You will join the Xenoss team that works directly with the client’s Internal Automation team and work directly with engineering, platform, Customer Success, and business stakeholders. The solutions will build on the client’s existing GenAI platforms, agent frameworks, integrations, and internal services.

What will you do

• Own assigned components from technical design through production deployment.
• Build backend services, AI agent workflows, integrations, validation logic, and observability capabilities.
• Develop solutions for meeting transcript processing, structured data extraction, entity resolution, anomaly detection, prioritization, and alerting.
• Integrate with CRM, messaging, analytics, and internal enterprise platforms through APIs, MCP servers, and existing frameworks.
• Write automated tests, participate in peer reviews, and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, Customer Success, and business stakeholders to turn workflow requirements into reliable software.
• Document technical decisions, operational procedures, and runbooks.

What should you bring

• Strong commercial experience with Python and production backend development.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade LLM applications or AI agents.
• Experience with FastAPI or a comparable Python web framework.
• Practical knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently own technical components from design through deployment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP servers and tool-based agent integrations.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience with entity resolution, confidence scoring, or structured data extraction from unstructured content.
• Understanding of anomaly detection, ranking, prioritization, or root-cause analysis workflows.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, human-in-the-loop workflows, AI governance, or auditability requirements.
• Previous experience in AdTech or other high-load, data-intensive domains.
