Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our high-performing marketing team and elevate the visual identity of our brand portfolio. You’ll create static and animated visuals that tell compelling stories, support marketing initiatives, and reflect the sophistication of our tech-driven products. If you enjoy working across multiple design areas and crave variety, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop fresh and strategic visual concepts for the Xenoss brand and sub-brands
• Create high-quality static and animated graphics for digital campaigns
• Design illustrations, infographics, and animations for social media, blogs, decks, and other assets
• Contribute to the UI design of corporate websites
• Edit photos and videos for marketing use
• Design pitch decks, newsletters, and promotional presentations
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
• Monitor design trends and proactively suggest improvements to boost visual impact
• Analyze competitors’ visuals to sharpen brand differentiation
• Keep the design inspiration base up-to-date and relevant

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or a related creative role
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate), Figma, or equivalent tools
• Solid understanding of UI principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
• Strong motion design and animation skills
• Experience in video editing and production
• Proficiency in designing slide decks and marketing materials using Google Slides
• Clear grasp of brand design as a strategic business tool
• Flexibility in adapting to different styles and design systems
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
• Strong self-organization and multitasking skills
• Receptiveness to feedback and a collaborative mindset
• Intermediate or higher level of English (verbal and written)
