About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior AdOps Specialist who bridges the gap between the marketing goals and various buying tools. The role assumes two main directions:

  • Campaign setup and optimisation
  • Media buying

Perfect for someone who understands how to translate marketing goals into high-performing programmatic campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management across CPM, CPC, and CPI models, working directly with internal tech and data teams to continuously improve outcomes and help shape the product itself.

Your responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize in-app user acquisition campaigns, focusing on CPI and retention-based metrics
  • Work specifically with in-app inventory and mobile environments to ensure campaign performance at scale
  • Set up, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms (CPM, CPC, CPI)
  • Translate performance marketing requirements into precise campaign setups
  • Monitor and fine-tune campaigns to hit client KPIs
  • Work with the Data Science team to test predictive models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Tech team on platform enhancements and new features
  • Provide feedback to improve internal tools and shape the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience buying traffic programmatically (e.g., DV360, Google Ad Manager)
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, optimisation levers, and bidding strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
  • Experience working closely with tech and/or data teams
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to product and process improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience with CPI campaigns and mobile performance marketing
  • Background in working with DSPs, SSPs, and predictive bidding models
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks in ad campaign optimisation
