About the role

Xenoss is looking for a laser‑focused Outbound SDR who lives and breathes cold outreach. Your one goal: create qualified first meetings for our sales team. You’ll work autonomously or side‑by‑side with Xenoss Leadgen and Sales Specialists, using email, LinkedIn, and event software to open doors with decision‑makers in startups and enterprises looking to develop AI solutions and products. We are looking for a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a plan and consistently deliver on sales performance targets.

What you’ll do

  • Research and target — build precise prospect lists and craft relevant hooks for each account/contact.
  • Cold outreach — run high‑volume, high‑quality outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, event software) to spark interest.
  • Qualify and nurture — validate pain points, budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT or similar) and nurture the leads to a conversion into a meeting.
  • Book meetings — schedule discovery calls for Sales Managers and Executive team and ensure smooth hand‑off.
  • Own the data — log every touchpoint in the CRM, keep fields clean, and report on KPIs (emails sent, calls scheduled, meetings booked).
  • Iterate and improve — A/B test subject lines, messages, and cadences; share insights and proactively suggest improvements to Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate — partner with the Lead Generator on list building, automation, reporting, and with Marketing on campaign messaging, collateral, communication.

Requirements

  • Experience selling software development services in the AI/ML and/or AdTech/MarTech fields.
  • 3+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR or lead‑generation role for a software‑development company.
  • Fluent/Advanced level of written English
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly meeting‑booking quotas.
  • Deep understanding of b2b sales cycle and decision-making process
  • Mastery of modern outbound tools: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Linkedin automation tools, email automation (Apollo, Outreach, Reply.io, or similar).
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and a love of metrics.
  • Experience selling or prospecting into high-scale enterprise accounts.
