What you will do

As a DevOps/MLOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of our AI-driven advertising project, leveraging the power of Agentic AI. Our platform utilizes autonomous AI agents to optimize ad placements, real-time bidding, and campaign performance with minimal human intervention. You will be working with complex high-load architectures and cloud-based solutions. You will help develop, deploy, and maintain robust ML pipelines, scalable cloud infrastructure, and automated CI/CD processes.

To achieve this, we need a DevOps/MLOps Engineer who will be crucial in scaling, automating, and maintaining the infrastructure supporting our AI-driven advertising ecosystem.

What should you bring

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or ArgoCD).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, NATS, Redis Streams).

Mindset & Soft Skills

• Passion for AI-driven automation and self-learning systems.
• Ability to think at scale, optimizing high-load distributed architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure.
• Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with AI, engineering, and data science teams.

Very nice to have

• Experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
