The marketing team at Xenoss is looking for an experienced Graphic/Motion Designer that will create quality visuals to support all marketing initiatives.
As a Senior Graphic/Motion Designer you will create effective static and animated graphic design materials aimed at enhancing marketing communication and creating a professional and aesthetically pleasing brand image. This position will appeal to someone who wants to work with a variety of graphic formats, implement design ideas, experiment, and hone their skills in multiple design areas.
– Develop ideas and concepts for marketing visual creatives – Create static and animated ad banners; make suggestions for improvement and optimization based on the analysis of campaign results – Create illustrations, infographics, gifs, and animations for social media – Website design – Edit photo materials – Design marketing presentations and newsletters – Create and follow design guidelines – Analyze current design trends, provide proactive communication on optimization and improvement of graphic materials – Analyze competitors’ visual communications – Continuously update design reference base
– 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer or similar position – Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop/Illustrator, Animate), Figma or similar tools – Good skills in animation – Experience with motion design and video editing – Experience in website UI design, knowledge of UX principles – Experience with Google Slides – Deep understanding of brand design as an integral engineering system that helps solve business problems – Good understanding of the basics of composition and form, color combination rules, typography – Knowledge of graphic design trends, ability to work in different artistic styles – Understanding of the specifics of creating graphics for advertising materials – Understanding of marketing principles – Creativity, flexibility, self-organization, ability to easily switch between tasks – Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with other team members – Aptitude for constructive criticism, ability to give and receive feedback without emotional involvement – Intermediate+ English level
– Video shooting experience – 3D design skills
