PR&Event Marketing Specialist

What will be your goal

Xenoss is looking for an experienced PR&Event Marketing specialist for our Polish entity who will help us to promote Xenoss’s brand on the local job market and ensure that our brand is correctly represented within all candidate touchpoints, increase candidate reach, and position Xenoss as an employer of choice.

What you will do

• Co-development and implementation of PR communication plan for the Polish market;
• Monitoring and pitching media on a daily basis in order to find and execute PR opportunities;
• Creating press releases, texts and other types of content for media;
• Working closely with in-house tech experts to find tech insights and transform it into relevant content;
• Organization of different types of corporate events both online and offline;
• Represent company during a wide variety of events, in local tech communities, in industry associations;
• Setting up and managing relationships with a variety of local media including tech, business, local;
• Providing PR support for HR initiatives;
• Conducting ongoing market analysis, tracking communication trends, providing reports based on data.

Must-have skills

• Proven track record of publications in the Polish media;
• 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position within IT Industry;
• Full professional proficiency in Polish and at least C1 level of English;
• Broad experience in marketing and PR;
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools;
• Physical presence in Poland (preferably Warsaw or Wroclaw)
• Goal-oriented attitude;
