Lead Talent Marketing Specialist

What will be your goal

Xenoss is looking for an experienced, skilled, and self-reliant Lead Talent Marketing Specialist who will lead our efforts to build and promote Xenoss’s brand on the local market. The specialist will ensure the company is meaningfully represented in all candidate touchpoints in order to strengthen our brand awareness, increase candidate reach, and position Xenoss as an employer of choice.

What you will do

• Lead talent brand marketing strategy development and implementation, including research, developing social, digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategic vision and create a cohesive overall brand image
• Manage editorial calendar and associated content creation including copywriting, graphic design, video production, and photography for social media and external media.
• Find new contractors or manage communication with existing ones
• Responsible for co-development and implementation of PR strategy for the employer brand
• Communicate constantly with Xenoss employees to find and create PR opportunities
• Set up and manage relationships with a variety of local media including tech, business, local and vertical, and across media types including blogs, online, and broadcast
• Create content for most of the marketing collateral within the employer brand
• Plan, market, and hold local external and internal conferences and webinars with the company’s participation
• Develop Xenoss local internal newsletters for various occasions
• Provide marketing support for HR initiatives

Must-have skills

• 5+ Years of experience in brand development, tech event management, social media marketing and/or digital marketing for technology companies
• Experience in leading talent marketing team
• Excellent language proficiency and writing skills (Russian, Ukrainian)
• English knowledge (Intermediate or higher)
• Outstanding communicaton
• Well-developed copywriting skills
• Good understanding of ultimate marketing principles and methodologies
• Curiosity to constantly look for new approaches and improvement ideas
• Self-starter, taking particular pleasure in working independently as well as in cooperation with the team
• Top-notch organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Diligence
• Ability to receive constructive criticism in a healthy and productive way

• Hands-on PR experience and network
